Message from the President

AEON Fantasy Co.,LTD. started out in 1988 as the amusement department of Jusco Co., Ltd., so it was initially an in-house venture. Our brands, which are loved by children and their families, can now be found in various parts of the world. We currently operate more than 1,000 amusement facilities and playgrounds for families in Japan, China, and ASEAN countries. In recent years, we have also expanded our online business, offering online crane games and online schools. Yet even as we have expanded our business, what we have always emphasized is children’s smiles.
In April 2022, we sublimated our corporate motto, which we had used since the time of our founding, into our Purpose, which emphasizes our raison d’etre, i.e., the significance of our presence in society.

Interacting with children means interacting with the adults of the future. In other words, it means creating the next society. What does it mean to take our children seriously? It means recognizing that they are tomorrow’s adults and that whatever impact we have on them today will determine the shape of our future. This is our responsibility to the society of the future, and we incorporated it into our Purpose. Going forward, we will position the Purpose as our top-level concept, and all the business activities we pursue will be aimed at accomplishing it. And at the same time that we established our Purpose, we also formulated our Sustainability Policy as a set of guidelines for the pursuit of sustainability management as the core of our corporate activities. We have identified six material issues, such as Initiatives for addressing climate change, working toward a recycling-oriented society and contributing to children’s futures, for achieving both a sustainable society and corporate growth.

All of our corporate activities are connected to children's smiles, and are deeply linked to the creation of the next society. Everyone who works at AEON Fantasy demonstrates pride and responsibility, and in all aspects of value creation, they will be moving forward with the aims of nurturing inspiring enthusiasm in every child so that there is a smile on every face.
