Disclosure Methods

　

The disclosure of company information is carried out in a timely and appropriate manner under the direction of the information handling officer, using the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) provided by the stock exchange. Additionally, other information is disclosed fairly and promptly, in line with the principles of timely disclosure.

　

　

Quiet Period

　

To prevent the leakage of financial information, our company designates a certain period before the announcement of financial results as a quiet period. During this time, we refrain from commenting on or answering any questions related to our financial results. However, if it is anticipated that the financial results will significantly deviate from the previously announced forecasts, we will disclose the information as necessary.
