Formulation of the Medium-Term Management Plan (FY2024 - FY2026)

　

We are pleased to announce that we have formulated our Medium-Term Management Plan for FY2024 to FY2026 as follows:

　

　

1.Outline of the Medium-Term Management Plan

　

Our company has identified “self-transformation in response to market changes” and “promotion of growth strategies leveraging our strengths” as our management challenges. We will continue to enhance the corporate philosophy system that we have been promoting and establish a vision to guide the company towards realizing our purpose: “To become a family support company that continuously fosters the ‘joy’ of children and promotes their ‘emotional, intellectual, and physical growth’.” We will advance our business based on the new value propositions we offer to children and their families.

　

　

2.Key Initiatives of the Medium-Term Management Plan (Four Major Initiatives)

　

We will promote growth strategies leveraging our unique “core competencies.” As segment-specific policies, we will focus on generating resources to support corporate growth in our domestic business. The ASEAN business will be our second growth driver, and we will advance localization and area development with speed and density. The China business will focus on restructuring the management system for a V-shaped recovery and developing services that lead to the next generation of growth. Furthermore, we will continue activities based on our sustainability policy and materiality, striving to contribute to a sustainable society and enhance corporate value.
