Establishment of a Diversity Promotion Officer
We appoint individuals from various backgrounds, who either volunteer or are selected from among employees at nationwide branches, as "Diversity Promotion Officers." These officers engage in activities to raise awareness about "Diversity & Inclusion" in their respective regions.
Promotion of Women's Empowerment
We promote women's active participation in professional life through initiatives such as career advancement support, leadership development, and transitioning part-time employees to full-time positions.
Employment of Persons with Disabilities
We strive to create an environment where individuals with disabilities can work comfortably and for the long term. Each person is encouraged to work towards their own unique goals.
Utilization of Personnel Over 65 Years Old
Through our "Reemployment System," we employ staff who wish to continue working after reaching the retirement age of 65 and meet the required criteria, up to the age of 70.

Childcare Leave and Work System
"Childcare Leave" can be taken until the first child reaches the age of three. Additionally, "Childcare Work" can be utilized until the child enters middle school, allowing employees to reduce their working hours during this period.
Caregiving Leave and Work System
"Caregiving Leave" can be taken for a period approved by the company, up to one year per individual requiring care. "Caregiving Work" allows for a reduction in working hours for the entire duration that care is needed for each individual.
Self-Declaration System
We have established a "Self-Declaration System" that allows employees to directly communicate their career thoughts and aspirations to the Human Resources Department once a year. This system enables employees to present their work-related requests and desires directly to the HR department, not just through their immediate supervisors.
Temporary Relocation Suspension System
Employees who have circumstances that make relocation difficult can apply to suspend relocations involving a move for up to six years.
Babysitter Subsidy Program
We provide subsidies for employees who have worked a specified number of hours and are unable to place their children in daycare or kindergarten due to illness. In such cases, if they use a babysitter or sick child care service, we assist with the associated costs.
Hourly Paid Leave System
Employees can take paid leave in hourly increments.
Re-Entry System
The Re-Entry System allows employees who have amicably resigned due to reasons such as a spouse's relocation, marriage, childbirth, or caregiving to apply for reemployment and return to work within three years.
Shortened Working Hours System
We have expanded the scope of our "Shortened Working Hours System," which allows employees to reduce their working hours by 10% to 30% regardless of the purpose. This enables employees to choose shortened working hours to accommodate changes in their lifestyle, not just for childcare or caregiving.
””Hug-kumi” Leave System(Nurturing Leave System)
When an employee's spouse gives birth, they can take up to five consecutive days of paid leave within one year of the birth, which is granted outside of their annual leave entitlement.
Donor Leave System
"Donor Leave" is a special leave that can be taken when an employee donates bone marrow or peripheral blood stem cells.
Life Support Leave System
"Life Support Leave" is unpaid leave that can be taken for purposes such as "childcare," "fertility treatment," "menopausal disorders," "medical visits and treatments," and "family illness." The definition of "family" includes cohabiting common-law partners and same-sex partners who have no other caregivers.
Career Advancement Support
Employee Promotion System
We regularly conduct "Employee Promotion Exams" for our employees, allowing part-time employees the opportunity to be promoted to full-time positions. Part-time employees who wish to advance can take these exams.
Open Recruitment Education System
We implement "Open Recruitment Training," which is available to all employees who wish to participate, creating a system where motivated employees can further develop and grow.
Correspondence Education System
As part of our self-development program, the "Correspondence Education System" supports skill enhancement by covering all or part of the costs for designated courses and certification exams. This promotes employees' voluntary efforts for personal development.
